New for Spring 2025
Starting April 1, TBH will replace TimelyCare as the new provider of mental health and basic needs services for Foothill and De
Anza students. Read more below and pre-register your TBH account today.
With TBH, you will have access to the following services:
- 24/7 mental health support – Immediate assistance at any time of day or night, ensuring you always have someone to turn to when you need help.
- One-on-one therapy – Licensed professionals who you can meet with virtualy for sessions sessions tailored to your personal needs, helping you navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, and personal well-being.
- One-on-one coaching – Meet with a mental health professional to discuss whatever is on your mind in a safe and supportive environment.
- Small group support – Connect with 4-8 peers from around the US who understand you, all guided by a TBH coach.
- Personalized case management – If you face challenges related to housing, food security, financial struggles, or other basic needs, dedicated case managers will help find solutions and connect you with the necessary resources.
- Resource navigation – TBH guide to essential services both on and off campus, ensuring you have access to the support networks that can best assist you
To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to pre-register for your account today. This will guarantee uninterrupted access to mental health and basic needs services starting April 1.
