Students receiving financial aid will continue be able to use those resources to pay
for books. See Frequently Asked Questions for more information. If you have other questions, please reach out to the store
team at email@example.com.
Will the store be open for in-store shopping?
In-person services will be limited and/or by appointment for online order pick-up, in-store shopping, and textbook buyback beginning Dec. 6, 2021. Please check store hours at www.foothillstore.com for further information.
How do I purchase my course materials online?
The new Foothill Campus Store website, www.foothillstore.com, is now live. There are a number of ways for you to locate and purchase your course materials. Methods include:
- Links within your Foothill College MyPortal. (See "Follett" Bookstore tile). When you click on the tile/link, it will take you to a personalized page on the college bookstore website, specific to your class enrollments, where you can review and purchase all course materials.
- You will also be able to search for your course materials by class.
How do I purchase supplies and clothing online?
Can I purchase technology through Follett?
Can I rent textbooks at the bookstore?
Yes. Textbook rentals will be an option for most adopted materials, and you can choose to rent when you are conducting your purchase on the website. A credit or debit card is required for collateral to rent books. To learn more about the textbook rental program and to pre-register to rent, visit the Follett rental website.
How do I use my financial aid through the bookstore?
Starting Dec. 13, 2021, financial aid authorized for use at the college bookstore (e.g. EOPS textbook vouchers, Foothill College Promise, and other financial aid resources) will be set up as a payment type for students to use at the college bookstore website for winter quarter. We are working on this process. Your student ID number will be required to make a financial aid purchase on the website during the final checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Because the Federal Pell Grant is provided to eligible students as direct assistance, it is strongly advised that you utilize this source of funds last if other types of financial aid is available as a payment type for your course materials.
If you have unused financial aid funds that were previously eligible for Bookstore purchases, they are being transferred to your account with the new store.
How do I purchase a Gift Card/eGift Card through Follett?
Gift cards are available for purchase through the bookstore website and will be available in store upon reopening as well.
What is the shipping method and will tracking information be provided?
All shipments will be made via UPS or USPS and tracking information is provided with the order confirmation email. Please note that the Bookstore will be providing free "standard" shipping for Winter Quarter 2022 course materials purchases (arrives in 4-7 days).
Find more shipping information on the bookstore website.
Do you ship to a PO Box and international addresses?

Most items will be shipped directly from your on-campus bookstore, but a larger product selection will be available online and could be fulfilled by another Follett location or directly from a vendor which could extend delivery dates. Find more shipping information or track a current order on the bookstore website.
