EOPS & CARE

About Our Program

EOPS provides “over and above” services and programs to full-time Foothill College students who qualify for the California College Promise Grant (formerly known as the BOG [Board of Governors] Fee Waiver), and who meet the program’s financially and educationally disadvantaged eligibility criteria.

What Students Say

The EOPS program has provided me with the resources and support that will help me succeed academically.

Initially, I thought I would be on my own when it came to college, however, I was proven wrong when I joined EOPS.

- Sandra R, Psychology Major

It has also taught me that college can be a friendly environment.

Initially, I thought I would be on my own when it came to college, however, I was proven wrong when I joined EOPS.

Thanks to the EOPS program I have made great friends, and developed the confidence to seek additional information and support from other resources on campus.
