Facility Rental Information

Please review Facilities Rental Policies and Procedures below prior to submitting the rental application. Please allow at least four (4) weeks for the facilities office to process your general rental request, and ten (10) weeks for Smithwick Theater rental requests. Eight weeks for returning clients. Applications received for the following quarter shall be held for processing until the schedule of classes for that quarter has been published and in-house facility designations have been established. Per Education Code Sections 82537/82542: Public use of District property shall not interfere with scheduled instructional programs or other activities of the District on behalf of students.
