HONORS THE GLOBAL ECONOMY

- Description: Analysis of increasing economic integration in the post-WW II era with a focus on international trade and investment. Topics covered include the pros and cons of economic globalization, industrial policy, multinational corporations and sweat shops, exchange rate determination, capital flows, and exchange rate crises. Honors students will represent a unique country throughout the course and present on current events related to the course content throughout the term.
