Contact your instructor

If you cannot find answers to your questions in email or Canvas, contact your instructor directly. Include these details, no matter what:

• Put the course name in the subject line.
• Introduce yourself with your full name.
• Make your question(s) as specific as possible.
• Tell your instructor what you tried before contacting her/him

Contact the Division Office

As a last resort, contact the division office if you do not receive an instructor response after 72 hours.
