We look forward to celebrating your academic achievements with your family and friends at our 66th Annual Commencement Ceremony on Friday, June 26. You'll find all important dates and details here for preparing to participate in this culmination of your educational journey at Foothill.

Important Dates & Deadlines Checklist

DATE	WHAT TO DO
ASAP	Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor to petition for graduation. Once you petition for graduation, make sure to RSVP for the commencement ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, June 5, 2025. Check back for RSVP form.
April 15 Wednesday	Attend our Grad Info Session from 3-4 p.m. via Zoom to get your graduation questions answered. Registration for Zoom link available soon. Download our print-friendly Graduation Checklist.
April 21 Tuesday	Attend our (in person) Grad Fest from 12 - 3 p.m. in the Library Quad to get measured for and order your graduation gown, as well as get any graduation questions answered.
May 8 Friday	Want your name printed in the graduation commencement keepsake program? Make sure you petition for graduation by May 8, 2026 at 3 p.m.
May 10 Sunday	Apply to audition to become the Class of 2026 Student Speaker. Get more information here and complete the application. (Check back for application.)
June 5 Friday	Deadline to RSVP to participate in Commencement Ceremony. Note: Check back for RSVP form.
June 5 Friday	The last day to order Regalia to be mailed to your home is Friday, June 6.
June 26 Friday	ATTEND COMMENCEMENT Students meet in the Smithwick Theatre at 8:30 a.m. Family and friends go to the Library Quad 66th Annual Commencement Ceremony begins at 10 a.m. All welcome to join Reception immediately following ceremony in Smithwick Theatre Plaza.

Faculty, Staff, and Administrators' Rental Regalia

Employees who would like to participate in the ceremony but need academic regalia may rent from our bookstore at no cost. Deadline to order TBD.
