Can't Access Canvas from MyPortal

Clear the browser cache

If you're not able to access Canvas from within MyPortal make sure to clear your browser's cache.

  1. Log out of MyPortal
  2. Clear your browser's cache 

    MAC: How do I clear my browser's cache on a Mac?

    PC: How do I clear my browser's cache on a PC?

  3. Log back into MyPortal

Still can't access Canvas?

If you're still unable to log into Canvas from MyPortal, you can log into it by navigating to the Canvas URL:

https://foothillcollege.instructure.com
