Planning a college event or highlighting a program, student achievement, or campus initiative? Request photography coverage by submitting a work order selecting a photo session.

Submit a Marketing Work Order

We prioritize opportunities to capture compelling images that promote Foothill College, highlight student success, and showcase the value of our programs and campus experiences.

Photography is provided by student photographers and is subject to their availability. Please submit requests as early as possible. Coverage depends on student schedules, project scope, and college marketing priorities.

Submitting a request does not confirm coverage. Marketing will follow up to confirm availability and coordinate next steps.

The requesting department will help coordinate participants, inform students about the purpose and details of the photo session, and ensure each participant completes the electronic Photo & Video Participation Agreement before the session. Please designate an on-site contact to help organize participants and support the student photographer during the shoot.
