Agendas will be posted in the Public Files below and physically outside the room of which the meeting is held 72 hours before the meeting. Minutes will be available in the Public Files below 96 hours after the meeting. 

Submit and Agenda Item

Agenda Items: Agenda items must be submitted to the Secretary and the Chair four business days before the proximate meeting at 12:30 p.m. Referance meeting table below for specific days and contact information. 

Please title your email Agenda Item - Your Organization and include the following information.

• Agenda Item name
• Presenter name & contact information
• Desired ASFC meeting date
• Approximate length of item 
• 10 to 20 word description of the item

Exceptions: Finals week, college breaks, and summer session. Some board meeting times are subject to change.

• Be enrolled in 8 units each quarter
• Attend weekly meetings of Campus Council
