We look forward to celebrating your academic achievements with your family and friends at our 65th Annual Commencement Ceremony on Friday, June 27. You'll find all important dates and details here for preparing to participate in this culmination of your educational journey at Foothill.

Join us virually for an info session on Monday, April 28 at 4–5 p.m. via Zoom to get your graduation questions answered.

Important Dates & Deadlines Checklist

DATE	WHAT TO DO
ASAP	Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor to petition for graduation. Once you petition for graduation, make sure to RSVP for the commencement ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, June 2, 2025. Note: Check back for RSVP form.
April 28 Wednesday	Attend our Grad Info Session at 4-5 p.m. via Zoom to get your graduation questions answered. Registration for Zoom link available soon.
May 9 Friday	Want your name printed in the graduation commencement keepsake program? Make sure you petition for graduation by May 9, 2025 at 3 p.m.
May 11 Sunday	Apply to audition to become the Class of 2025 Student Speaker. Get more information here and complete the application. (Check back for application.)
June 2 Monday	Deadline to RSVP to participate in June 2 Commencement Ceremony. Note: Check back for RSVP form.
June 6 Friday	The last day to order Regalia to be mailed to your home is June 6. Regalia is available for purchase and pickup in Bookstore through June 27.
June 27 Friday	ATTEND COMMENCEMENT Students meet in the Smithwick Theatre at 8:30–9 a.m. Family and friends go to the Library Quad 65th Annual Commencement Ceremony begins at 10 a.m.

Faculty, Staff, and Administrators' Rental Regalia

Employees who would like to participate in the ceremony but need academic regalia may rent from our bookstore at no cost. Deadline to order TBD.
