Building the STEM Pipeline Together

Our cross-sector coalition envisions a future where every student in Silicon Valley has equitable access to high-quality STEM mentorship and opportunities to explore their potential. By bringing organizations, educators, industry leaders, and community partners together, we aim to empower students and build pathways to long-term academic and career success—one student at a time.

We do this by aligning and expanding resources to support high-impact, mentor-led STEM experiences at key points along the K–20 education and career pipeline. Together, the coalition creates a space for the community to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, celebrate successes, and combine resources to accomplish what can be difficult for any one organization to do alone.

The Possible Self STEM Expo

The Possible Self is an immersive STEM experience designed to spark curiosity and inspire middle school students to imagine themselves as future scientists, engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers.

This event brings together a carefully selected group of organizations, companies, educators, and visionaries who are passionate about introducing students to the possibilities of STEM. Through hands-on experiences, storytelling, interactive demonstrations, and real-world applications, students get to explore emerging ideas and discover how science and technology are shaping the world around them.

Students also have the opportunity to meet the people behind these innovations—scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and other STEM leaders who are actively creating change. Our goal is simple: to ignite curiosity, broaden possibilities, and help students see themselves as part of the future of STEM.

The Possible Self brings science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to life through unforgettable experiences that students can see, touch, question, and explore.
