- Description: A bridge to college course for non-native speakers of English that focuses on the development of English language skills within the context of the culture of the college classroom: selecting and registering for classes, reading and understanding the syllabus, completing assignments and meeting deadlines, taking quizzes and tests, and classroom communication skills; the assessment of skills, exploration of life paths, and the resources offered by the community college; the development of basic digital literacy skills to access information on the internet.
