Paramedic Application Information

Foothill College begins a new cohort every Fall. Applications for the next cohort are open at the beginning of January and must be submitted by May 1st.

Before You Apply Foothill College is obligated to adhere to the policies and mandates established by Santa Clara County and our clinical and field internship partners. The failure of students to adhere to these policies during your clinical and field internship may result in their inability to successfully complete the program.  Note: Please refer to the following latest updates on Santa Clara County immunization and vaccination requirements.

1. Follow these complete instructions to apply to our next Paramedic Program.
2. Once you've reviewed the instructions, you may access the program application through the Allied Health tab in the MyPortal system. 
3. Each applicant must also submit an EMT Work Experience Form by the May 1st deadline.
