About My Work at Foothill
|
I joined the Foothill marketing team in early 2015 as the web content developer, after
working in that same role at De Anza since 2007. My responsibilities include creating,
curating and managing content for the college website, as well as training and supporting
colleagues designated as web content editors for their departments and programs.
While my job title has changed throughout my years at Foothill, I love helping others
sort through their communication needs and ideas into web pages and other forms of
digital messaging to help our students define and accomplish their dreams.

Along with my website work and all the colleagues I have met at Foothill along the
way, I'm grateful for local hiking, birding, nature photography, daily yoga, a periodic
golf game, and spending extended weekends in some of my favorite landscapes along
the California coastline. To dive deeper into my interest in sustainable development
for the health of people and planet, starting spring 2026 — as part of my retirement plan — I am working to complete an AA in Environmental Resource Management and Pollution
Prevention at De Anza College.
