California Adult Education Programs (CAEP)Foothill staff, faculty, and administrators recently hosted educators from North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) for a presentation on noncredit offerings in higher education. As part of CAEP and California’s broader educational mission, noncredit programs provide tuition-free access to education for qualified Californiansm, helping learners gain skills for career advancement and employment.
