The Foothill College ASFC Welcome Center, located in Room 2016 of the Campus Center, serves as a primary hub for student services, offering OwlCard student IDs, and VTA SmartPass Clipper cards. It supports student life by facilitating employment opportunities and providing on-campus information.

Access Your Digital Student ID
Government-issued ID: passport, driver license or state ID required to get your first OwlCard. Scanned copies not accepted. Photos not accepted. Please bring the physical ID.

The Smart Shop is now open to print faculty & staff FDHA employee ID cards. This service is also available at Sunnyvale Center by appointment. Click below additional information.
