If you are a student experiencing a life-threatening psychiatric emergency or concerned about a student experiencing a life-threatening psychiatric emergency, please call 9-1-1 or the FHDA Police Dispatch at 408. 924.8000 with the information below for immediate assistance:
- Full name of the student
- CWID
- The physical location of the student, if known
- A number or email address where the student can be reached
Given current recommendations from the County of Santa Clara, all student services will be located online and students should make virtual appointments. Staff are checking email, phone messages and other forms of communication.

About the Transfer Center
Transferring to a university requires patience, research, and hard work. Our Transfer Center team is here to help! We provide a variety of coordinated resources, activities and services to assist your through the transfer process.
We strongly recommend you meet with a counselor early in the process to ensure your educational plan meets your academic and transfer goals.

Our Mission
The mission of the Foothill College Transfer Center is to provide the necessary resources and services in order to increase transfer opportunities to baccalaureate institutions for underrepresented students, to increase transfer rates for the student population as directed by Title 5, Section 51027, and to support the Foothill College mission of committing itself to providing access to outstanding education opportunities for all of our students.
