We’re queer… and allies! A long-waited aspiration finally comes true—Foothill College now has an official LGBTQ+ affinity group! Introducing the Rainbow Alliance—a non-profit organization committed to promoting visibility, advocacy, and support for LGBTQ+ employees and allies; while also fostering academic success and cultural engagement among students who identify as LGBTQ+ or have an interested in LGBTQ+ culture.

Creating the organization is only the beginning—the next step is growing our community! There are many ways to get involved:

Every contribution, whether time, effort, or financial support, strengthens our group and ensures LGBTQ+ representation for staff, faculty, administration, and students alike. Funds raised can support culturally immersive events and provide scholarships for students.
