Students taking classes for personal enrichment may apply as non-degree-seeking students.
You do not need to select a degree or certificate simply to take a class.
Review your class dates, meeting times, location, required materials, and instructor
information.
For an online class, you will receive instructions for accessing Foothill’s online
learning system. For an in-person class, review parking, transportation, accessibility,
and campus-map information before your first visit.
Many lifelong learners are attending college for the first time or returning to the
classroom after many years. You do not need to understand the college application
and registration process before getting started.
Foothill staff can help you:
Complete the application.
Decide whether a credit or noncredit class is right for you.
Search for classes.
Create and access your student account.
Register for a class.
Access an online course.
Find your classroom and navigate the campus.
Connect with student services and learning resources.
No question is too basic. We are here to make the process clear and welcoming.
