Disbursement Dates

Important Information

Foothill Community College delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.

You will only be paid for classes you are actively attending. Late start and waitlisted courses are not counted towards awards until the class registration start date. Therefore, late start courses may impact your disbursement amount, and/or your disbursement date. If your application is complete prior to start of term, please refer to the Disbursement Dates listed.

Combining Foothill and De Anza Units for Financial Aid

• Fall 2026: October 6, 2026
• Winter 2027: January 19, 2027
• Spring 2027: April 20, 2027

Please Note Financial aid is typically disbursed on Mondays. After any outstanding fees are deducted, eligible refunds are generally sent to BankMobile on Thursday of the same week. BankMobile will deliver your refund according to the refund preference you selected. If your financial aid application is completed after the start of the term, your funds will be disbursed the following Monday. If you add or drop units after your funds have been disbursed, your award may be adjusted and, in some cases, all or part of the disbursement may be reversed.
