Disbursement Dates

Important Information

Foothill Community College delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.

You will only be paid for classes you are actively attending. Late start and waitlisted courses are not counted towards awards until the class registration start date. Therefore, late start courses may impact your disbursement amount, and/or your disbursement date. If your application is complete prior to start of term, please refer to the Disbursement Dates listed.

If your application is complete after the start of term, funds will disburse the following Monday.

The disbursements are typically processed on Monday's and, after covering any fees owed to the school, the remaining funds are transferred to BankMobile Disbursements on Thursday of the same week. BankMobile Disbursements then follows the refund preference you select to get you the money. For more information visit BankMobile Disbursements.

In case of adding/dropping units after a disbursement of funds, amount paid may be adjusted accordingly. In some cases reversal of a disbursement may occur.

Disbursement Dates Please Note: Although your financial aid will disburse on a Monday, your financial aid refund will usually arrive at BankMobile on the Thursday of the week it's disbursed.
