After transferring from Ohlone College, Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine. Zot Zot! She also earned her Master's in Higher Ed Leadership at San Jose State University, where she completed a capstone research project studying how community colleges can holistically support undocumented students. As a Success Coach, she meets with students to grow self-regulation skills (like time management) and apply study strategies (e.g., note-making, reading). She also connects students with campus resources and leadership opportunities. Outside work, she sets aside time for traveling, hiking with her dog Maui, playing volleyball, and exploring new restaurants. Let's connect!
