Foothill College is the institution of choice in Silicon Valley for catalyzing personal, economic, and social change.

Adopted by Planning & Resource Council (PaRC) in Fall 2014
Foothill College educates students from diverse backgrounds that represent the demographics of the Bay Area, with particular attention to underserved and underrepresented populations. Foothill students master content and skills which are critical for their future success. They develop and act upon a sense of responsibility to be stewards of the public good.

Timeline and Meetings
The Vision Statement Review Team formed in Fall 2023 and will continue its work in Winter 2024, with the following milestones through Spring 2024.
- Fall 2023: Form Vision Statement Review Team
- November 2023: Onboarding & Orientation Meetings
- January–March 2024: Additional Meetings (5)
- March-April 2024: Develop Revised Vision Statement
- May 2024: Solicit & Review Feedback
- June 2024: Finalize Revised Vision Statement
