Teaching with Technology is a subcommittee of the Academic Senate focused on teaching and learning with technology.
Mission
To support technology-enhanced education that empowers all instructors and learners
Vision
The Teaching with Technology Committee advances equity-minded pedagogy and promotes intentionally integrated, technology-supported education for all.
Goals
- Identify and address the technology needs of faculty and students;
- Ensure quality and equitable technology supported student services and instruction , both online and on campus, in areas of faculty primacy;
- Advise the Academic Senate with a faculty voice on college-wide planning and implementation of technology supported learning initiatives and other technology-related topics that that have a 10+1 scope;
- Work directly with Online Learning staff to support faculty and students with technology related instruction both on campus and online
