Jason Luu could have gone to community colleges closer to his Evergreen residence in San Jose. Instead, he made the decision to come to Foothill College for the transfer admission guaranteed program.

 “I thought I’d go to a college with a lot of engineering support,” Jason said.

Jason began his journey at Foothill during the fall.

 “I’m excited,” he said, adding he may look into the various sports teams at Foothill.

 He is planning to study mechanical engineering and transfer to UC Davis, where his parents attended college.
