The system provides department and program content experts the tools we need to create and maintain accessible web content—without using any external applications or the need to know any programming languages.

Accuracy. Information presented on the website will be factually accurate and as current as practical.

Relevance. Content maintained by those involved in the web governance structure will be germane to Foothill's mission of education and service to the community.

Engagement. Visitors to the website will find information and other content that grabs their attention in creative, memorable, groundbreaking ways that reflect and define best practices for educational websites.

Simplicity. The information on the site will be concise and understandable by the broadest segment of the intended audience.

Accessibility. The website will meet all applicable state and federal expectations regarding user accessibility.

Consistency. Foothill College will have a singular visual and writing style across its website that meshes with the College’s identity in other media.
