- Verification of ADT for CSU Transfer Applicants
- For students who file the Graduation Petition for ADT by the appropriate deadline and correctly identify their intention to receive the ADT degree on the CSU Admissions Application, Foothill College will electronically verify their ADT status with the CSU system once applications have been processed. This official verification acknowledges that a student is on-track, is expected to receive the Associate Degree for Transfer and has submitted the graduation petition.
- It is the students’ responsibility to notify the CSU system of any changes that result in a failure to complete the degree.
- Important Note: After students submit their CSU Application and intent to earn an ADT during the priority filing period, they will be contacted by a Foothill College representative with information regarding the ADT verification process and timelines. All communication is via email; therefore, we urge students to frequently check their email.
- Late Verification of ADT Requests
ADT Graduation Petitions received after the filing deadline (October 1 or March 1) will still be processed to award the degree BUT the CSU Verification will only be provided to students who a) request a late verification and b) provide Foothill College with a personalized (student’s name must be included) correspondence from the CSU campus requesting the late verification. - Please ensure that you follow all instructions provided by CSU and Foothill College.
