How can I access student services this winter?
All services will continue to operate online. We will also offer face to face services for all student services areas throughout the winter quarter, starting on Jan 3, 2022.
What are the in-person hours for student services?
Where do I go to talk to a person for general questions?
Visit our info booth in front of Admissions and Records (8000 building).
Will counselors be available on campus this winter?
There are three options for counseling services:
- In-person based on availability
- Visit the counseling center (8300 Building) on campus to use a private “talk space” to meet with a counselor virtually.
What are the bookstore hours? How do I get my books?
The Foothill Bookstore hours are 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Any updates to these hours can be found at bkstr.com/foothillstore/store-hours.
Will the library be open? Where can I study this winter?
Yes, the library will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. during winter quarter. Study rooms will be open for individual Zoom usage, along with group studying. Masking protocols will be in place. See the library website for details.
Is WiFi available on campus? How do I access it?
WiFi is available in many locations on campus including classrooms, labs, the library, dining areas and outside areas next to buildings.

Do I need to pay for parking this winter?
For the entire winter quarter, ticketing will not be enforced as long as students are parked legally.
Is EOPS open?
EOPS will be open in-person during the first week of winter quarter, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
For the remaining winter quarter EOPS will be open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and closed on Friday.
EOPS participants will be able to check out laptops and calculators, access free printing services, and be provided supplies as available.
Our lab and study area will be open to limited spacing.
Full services will continue to be offered virtually and can be accessed via the EOPS website
