Welcome to Foothill College [STUDENT NAME]!

We have received your application and would like to share some important information regarding your registration status.

Since you are under 18 years of age, and have stated that you will graduate, or have not graduated from high school, we will need the following documents emailed to the Admissions & Records Office at admissions@foothill.edu in order to be cleared for registration:

• Confirmation from your high school that you are no longer attending 
• Proof of your GED, CHSPE or Final Copy of your high school transcript showing your graduation date 

*Students using CHSPE as verification of high school completion must also provide a letter from high school verifying that they are no longer enrolled as a high school student.
