Meet the Trainers
Holly Allen, ACC, Executive Coach and Trainer
Holly is a certified executive coach and trainer with 30 plus years’ experience as a leader in the publishing and training field. Holly successfully led teams through complex projects and initiatives. She was recognized numerous times by peers, clients, and senior executives as someone who pulls teams together to achieve breakthrough results in record time.
After leaving a successful corporate career, Holly discovered a deep passion for coaching leaders to uncover important insights as well as providing tools and accountability for them to take meaningful action steps to achieve their highest potential.
Whether addressing organizational change or personal transition, strengthening team leadership, or generally building leadership competence and confidence, Holly helps leaders overcome challenges by starting with self-discovery and providing the necessary practical tools to see fast and impactful results.
Holly is able to work across industries, and has recent experience working with high-tech companies, healthcare organizations, city government, startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations.
Holly is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation, a globally respected certifying organization for coaches and achieved the level of Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
She received her BA in Journalism from San Jose State University and completed Masters Level Courses in Curriculum Development at San Francisco State University. Her service work includes a leadership role on a school board, and a Girl Scout volunteer leader.
Holly is also a Certified Master Facilitator for The Six Types of Working Genius, a Wiley Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC© and for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and The Leadership Challenge®.
Sandy Benz, Leadership and Team Coach
As a leadership and team coach, Sandy Benz has focused her 25-year career on helping organizations in areas of change, communication, conflict resolution and collaboration. Outcomes include increased team effectiveness, employee engagement and support for organizational change initiatives. She has worked with over 500 teams to conduct assessments, facilitate meetings and workshops and provide relevant solutions with measurable progress. Clients have described her approach as engaging, proactive, supportive and results oriented. She brings an easy-going-yet-focused nature to everything she does.
With a Master’s in Adult Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, she has designed several leadership and team development programs for medium-sized organizations.
She is an ICF and Board-Certified Coach (ACC & BCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), ProSci© Change Practitioner, Genos© Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, a Situational Mindsets© Facilitator and a Certified Working Genius Facilitator.
Sandy has also facilitated leadership and team workshops on the topics of Crucial Conversations, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Four Disciplines of Execution, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Collaborative and Adaptive Thinking, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Workplace Transitions.
Jonathan Bissell
Jonathan is the CEO of High Performance Impact LLC (HPI) as well as a seasoned people leader and innovative problem solver with 15+ years’ experience supporting leaders and teams and proven expertise designing and training for U.S and international organizations such as Google, Snowflake, Alation, Accenture, Main Street Launch, Hcare, Arkana Laboratories, The Table Group, and more.
Jonathan is an Organizational Consultant and member of Patrick Lencioni & The Table Group’s Consultant and Practitioner Alliance (CAPA PRO). He is a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching, a High Performance Patterns (HPP) Certified Coach, a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) with a specialty in Executive Coaching with the Center for Credentialing & Education, an ACC ICF-Credentialed Coach, and a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). Jonathan received his Master’s in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Beyond his work in Executive Coaching and Consulting, Jonathan is a Working Genius Certified Master Facilitator for The Table Group’s Working Genius Certification Program, where he trains facilitators and practitioners from around the world. He is also a Team Workshop Master Facilitator, helping teams of all types increase their productivity, morale, alignment, and joy.
Jonathan is recognized for his work co-designing The 6 Types of Working Genius certification training program and content for The Table Group. He is also the recipient of several industry awards, including the 2020 Star Performer award for Leadership by the California Community College’s Contract Education Technical Assistance Provider (CE TAP), awarded to contract education programs making exceptional contributions to the field of workplace education and training — and the 2020 International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation Award of Excellence for his work with Google and Cushman & Wakefield in creating a customized training program resulting in staff promotions and increased productivity.
Jonathan enjoys coaching startup CEOs as a Milestone Coach with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers Program and serving as a Leadership Coach with the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.
Pamela Coburn-Litvakation
Pamela Coburn-Litvak is a neuroscientist, author, speaker, and certified executive coach (CEC). Pam helps executives and organizations reduce their stress load in terms of overwhelm, time and priorities management, disorganization, and personnel issues like conflict and team building. Drawing on 25 years of research and teaching the principles of stress management and resilience, Pam’s mission is to help her clients prevent burnout and promote well-being. While getting her PhD in neuroscience, Pam learned that the stress we face in life often leaves us vulnerable to clinical issues like anxiety and depression, as well as increasing our risk of heart attack and stroke.
Pam now teaches and coaches in university classrooms, public seminars, and to business leaders. She has an Accredited Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation, holds a specialty certification for Healthcare Leadership Coaching (HLC), and has developed a well-being coaching program for clinicians. Pam’s research has been published in scientific journals, such as Neuroscience and Neurobiology of Learning and Behavior. Her latest book on stress, depression, and anxiety, Leaving the Shadowland, is also currently available.
Miloni Gandhi
Miloni Gandhi is the founder of Experience International LLC and is an expert in place based experiential learning, leadership, international and intercultural education with more than 20 years of experience. She is passionate about creating teambuilding and global citizenship. She is the recipient of several international awards such as the Fulbright, Rotary Ambasadorial, and an alumna of the East West Center's Asia Pacific Leadership Program. Miloni has led workshops around the world and has been to all 7 continents! She received her PhD in International Education from the University of California at Los Angeles and continues to teach as well as publish. She has most recently published "Confidente En Espanol".
Susan Drucker Hunsaker
Susan Drucker Hunsaker is an entrepreneur and certified executive coach who learned the fundamentals of business from both a Fortune 500 company and through her own experience as an entrepreneur. Susan coaches business leaders and owners to develop their organizations into thriving, sustainable practices. Her mission is to help business leaders and entrepreneurs find the right tools and levers to make their business more enjoyable and successful. Susan has lived and breathed the highs and lows of business ownership as a hospitality entrepreneur and restaurateur. She knows that moving every percentage point, training every new hire and exceeding customer expectations calls on a strong inner game. In an industry where the failure rate is 80% in the first 5 years, she and her husband have run a thriving, profitable restaurant and events business for more than 8 years.
Susan holds a B.A. in Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, a Masters in Educational Technology from the University of San Francisco, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching, and an Accredited Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation. She is an executive coach for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers program.
Debra Hunter
Debra Hunter is a consultant and executive leadership coach who believes that great leadership can be learned. She has mentored and coached hundreds of individuals who have moved to C-suite positions and/or to development of successful start-ups. As a coach, she works with C-suite leaders as well as entrepreneurs across multiple sectors, including healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, K-12, training & development, religion, and ed tech.
Debra is the former CEO of Jossey-Bass, a leading global publisher, and grew her organization from $8 million to nearly $100 million by building a great team, focusing on the right strategies and new initiatives, and getting things done. She has led organizations from small to 250+ employees, and has managed every aspect of organizations, including IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Strategic Planning, Sales, Content Development, Legal, Production, Manufacturing, and Operations.
Debra has taught courses at Stanford and UC Berkeley, and is certified in Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, DiSC, and Working Genius. She helped to develop the Equity Continuum, as well as dozens of successful assessment tools and hundreds of best-selling leadership and development books. She is a lifelong learner, and has completed the 30-day Antiracism Challenge, as well as courses at National Equity Project, Center for Creative Leadership, and many more.
Cynthia Lang, ACC
Cynthia Lang, ACC, is a certified Designing Your Life and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion coach and trainer with great cultural awareness. Cynthia loves coaching people of diverse backgrounds and passions. She works with everyone from entry-level employees to CEOs. In her California Bay Area community, her clients have included entrepreneurs, professors, and local businesswomen in the fields of college counseling, the aging industry, restaurant and catering services and more. On the international front, Cynthia works with social entrepreneurs in Africa, Brazil, Europe and India. She brings to her coaching her vast experience as a philanthropist, strategist and networker.
With her robust toolkit, Cynthia helps her clients identify their path to success and works with them to attain it. Cynthia honed her entrepreneurial and operations talent in traditional and non-traditional businesses. Cynthia’s passion for the environment also includes a proven track record of incorporating sustainable practices in business including the eco-tourism sector. In addition, Cynthia spent 30+ years in nonprofit management and large gift fundraising.
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in French and English Literatures and her MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School. She uses her skills to create socially and environmentally responsible infrastructures.
Mwanaisha A. Sims, J.D./MPA, DEI Trainer and Consultant
Mwanaisha is the Director of Policy, Training and Compliance for the San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCCD). She oversees compliance with Federal and State laws including District policies and procedures. In addition to leading the District’s Anti-racism Council and Equal Employment Opportunity Committee (EEOC), where she has implemented several programs and professional development opportunities to increase awareness of social justice, equity and diversity. Mwanaisha also conducts regular presentations on unconscious bias in the hiring selection process.
Mwanaisha is the former Chair of the Racial Justice and Diversity Committee of the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section. In that role, she conducted Implicit Bias Trainings for public offices nationwide, selected to attend the 9/11 Hearings in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to oversee and ensure a fair process, and drafted equitable resolutions for policing agencies addressing diversity and inclusion.
Mwanaisha A. Sims earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, her Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Mwanaisha is licensed to practice law in Michigan and New York.
Irma Zoepf, Founder & Principal Entrepreneur, Coach, Consultant
Irma is a strategic and collaborative bilingual leader with many years of experience in coaching and developing leaders, committed to create and enable a more fair and inclusive culture both the workplace and the community. She is results-oriented and has proven success in developing an engaged culture in organizations and leading human resources. Irma reinvents, develops, and implements systems and processes that align with an organization’s goals, its people, and its values to ultimately achieve better results, increased productivity, and a more engaged workforce. Irma’s blend of experience from engineering, HR, and Diversity and Inclusion – and having worked in both the Americas and Europe – enables her to bring a unique skill set and perspective to her client work.
Her operations experience, including Lean and Six Sigma certifications, informs her organizational development work, especially in analytics, process design, and improvement. Irma has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Sonora, Mexico, and an MBA focused on Business Strategy from Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. In addition to her years of experience in coaching leaders in the workplace, Irma She is certified as a Diversity Executive (CDE) by the Institute of Diversity Certification and as Life Coach by the Life Coach Training Institute and the International Association of Life Coaches. Irma is actively involved in her community and serves in various nonprofit boards including Thrive Alliance, an organization that empower nonprofits and brings the community together to join forces and thrive.
