Tested Positive for COVID?
All students are required to report a positive COVID test. Click here to report ASAP. This will be required through February 3, 2025 due to requirements from Cal/OSHA.
Update: Vaccination Policy
COVID-19 vaccinations are no longer required within the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.

COVID-19 Health Guidelines
The Foothill-De Anza Community College District is following current guidance from Santa Clara County and California health authorities, which is summarized on this protocol page.
These guidelines have been updated to align with new recommendations issued Jan. 9, 2024 by the California Department of Public Health.
