3rd Annual SOS Breakfast

The 1st Marine Division Association-Silicon Valley Chapter is hosting the 3rd Annual SOS Breakfast on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., come to the Moffett Field Museum.

All Marines and Corpsmen welcome, bring a buddy or spouse. SOS on toast, juice, fresh fruit and coffee-Donations Welcome.

The Guest Speaker is Rich Botkin, Viet Nam Veteran and Author of "Ride the Thunder".

KPMG Veterans Career Workshop

Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG) is hosting a Veterans Career Workshop on Friday, November 10, at KPMG's Silicon Valley Office, where they will be providing one-on-one resume assistance, interview preparation, and professional headshots for active military, veterans, and military spouses. This will be an impactful event and KPMG would like to extend an invitation to the Foothill/De Anza college network of veterans. Smiles for Troops

We are excited to announce the 5th annual Smiles for Troops event on Friday, November 10, 2017.

Bay Area veterans who served in the Middle East and Africa will be pampered with top-notch dental care for free November 10, 2017. Dr. Bruce Hartley, Dr. Joseph Field, Dr. John McFarlane, Dr. Marlana Shile, and staff will be performing free cleanings, fillings, crowns, and repairs to chipped teeth.

Veterans Day Service + Art at the Presidio

This Veterans Day, in recognition and celebration of the spirit, sacrifice, and significance of military service, the Presidio invites veterans and civilians to come together at the Presidio Officers' Club. There will be veterans' art on display, Creative Family Fun arts and crafts for the whole family, and community service opportunities related to the recent fires in Northern California.
