The Story (12 Angry Men/Women):

A 19-year-old man has just stood trial for the fatal stabbing of his father. It looks like an open-and-shut case—until one of the jurors begins opening the others' eyes to the facts. The tense deliberations become personal with each juror revealing his or her own character as the various testimonies are re-examined, the murder is re-enacted and revelations about human behaviors emerge. Tempers get short, arguments grow heated, and the jurors become 12 angry men or 12 angry women.

2-hour perusal copies of both scripts available at the Foothill Library reserve desk, Building 3500 on the Foothill Campus

Location and Parking at Auditions:

Parking regulations require a $3 parking permit at all timesAuditioners without current parking pass must purchase a daily pass from lot vending machines; bring $3 in coin or small bills, most permit dispensaries now accept credit cards, but be prepared in case that option is not functioning.  If cast, participants will receive a free permit for rehearsals and performances.

For auditions in the Lohman Theatre, we recommend parking in either Lot 1 (the first parking lot to the right on the campus loop) or Lot 8 (through the entrance fountain roundabout). The Lohman Theatre is located to the left of the entrance fountain as part of the Lower Campus Complex.
