Our 3 Pillars
The Three pillars which guide the work and collaboration of Diversity in Tech are as follows:
I. Hidden Gem
Community Colleges are the key to educational attainment for students, providing a wealth of opportunity to build a morediverse tech workforce
II. Strength in Numbers
Diversity in Tech cannot be achieved alone - we value our strong collaboration among and between colleges non-profits and industry.
III. Think Regionally, Act Locally
To diversify the regional workforce, we each have our part in our local context to take action and change our practices to improve.
Get Engaged
Our coalition strongly believes that only through cross-sector collaboration can we transform Tech to create new opportunities for women and people of color. We welcome your partnership and new ideas to learn how more colleges, nonprofits, companies and others can contribute to this important work.
