Qualifications:     This scholarship application is for Students at Foothill/De Anza Colleges. Priority is given to United States Military Service veterans, but all students that meet the eligibility requirements below are encouraged to apply and will be considered.

Applicants applying for the Air Systems Foundation scholarship must:

• Provide the latest College or High School Transcript.
• Submit a current photo that represents you and your personality.
• Sign and return photo/model release and sholarship agreement below.

Optional:

• Letter of Recommendation from ONE of the following:
  • Instructor
  • Advisor
  • Community Leader (Example: Elected Official, Religious Advisor, Employer, etc.)
