Description:
Second of three courses that include laboratory participation and application of basic positioning, patient care, equipment manipulation, radiation protection, image analysis, and technical radiographic experiments. Emphasis on shoulder girdle, hip/pelvis, esophagus, stomach, colon, and surgical exams, as learned in the companion lecture course, R T 51B. Intended for students in the Radiologic Technology Program; enrollment is limited to students accepted in the program.
