Description:
First course in the series of female pelvic anatomy and physiology. Includes normal female pelvic anatomy and pathology. Emphasis on the clinical presentation of the nongravid female patient. Intended for students in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program; enrollment is limited to students accepted in the program.

Hours:
2 hours lecture per week, .5 hours lab per week. 30 hours total per quarter. Laboratory meets every other week (1 hour per laboratory meeting).
