Are you ready to vote?

THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 22.

California will hold it's next statewide general election  on Nov. 6, 2018.

Voters will be selecting candidates for Congress and the state Legislature, along with local and statewide offices, such as Governor.

  • You can register online to vote and then cast your ballot in person or by mail.
  • You can also register "conditionally" any time through Nov. 6 and cast a provisional ballot at your county elections office or a designated satellite location.

Visit the California Secretary of State website for complete California elections and voter information.

Check your county elections office to see which offices or ballot measures are up for a vote in your jurisdiction.

Are you voting by mail?

Ballot Drop-Off BoxIf you live in Santa Clara County and vote by mail, you can drop off your ballot here at the college.

During the election period, an official ballot drop-box is secured to the flagpole near the 1900 Administration Building, on the side facing the Library.

Volunteer!

The Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters Office needs volunteers for election night. Volunteers are paid a stipend and there are many types of jobs. Visit their website for more information

Look for the Register to Vote table in Cesar Chavez Plaza on the following dates:

Oct. 5, 8, 12 & 18



Oct. 22 is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 6, 2018 election.
