Ken Stoppenbrink

Ken Stoppenbrink is the deputy chancellor of the West Hills Community College District. In this role, Stoppenbrink is responsible for overall administration of district finances, business functions, facilities planning, construction and scheduled maintenance.

He works directly with the chancellor, college presidents, and other executive management staff to ensure that all budgets are implemented according to the resource allocation procedures. Stoppenbrink previously served as the director of Human Resources for WHCCD. He has an associate degree from Shasta College, B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Chico State, and an MBA in E Business from University of Phoenix.
