Important Dates & Deadlines Checklist

DATE	WHAT TO DO
ASAP	Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor to petition for graduation. Once you petition for graduation, make sure to RSVP for the commencement ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, June 21.
May 5 Sunday	Apply to audition to become the Class of 2024 Student Speaker. Get more information here and complete the application.
May 8 Wednesday	Attend our Grad Info Session at 3-4 p.m. via Zoom to get your graduation questions answered. Zoom link to follow
May 10 Friday	Want your name printed in the graduation commencement program? Make sure you petition for graduation by May 10, 2024 at 3 p.m.
June 7 Friday	The last day to order Regalia to be mailed to your home is June 7. Regalia is available for purchase and pickup in Bookstore now through June 28.
June 28 Friday	ATTEND COMMENCEMENT Students meet in Campus Center Plaza at 8:45–9 a.m. Family and friends go to the Library Quad 64th Annual Commencement Ceremony begins at 10 a.m.

Faculty, Staff, and Administrators' Rental Regalia

Employees who would like to participate in the ceremony but need academic regalia may rent from our bookstore at no cost. Deadline to order is Wednesday, May 17, 2024
