Mental Health Panel Hosted by Clifton Der Bing

A panel of students will share their experiences with mental health issues and how they coped. There will be small presentations and Q&A.

QPR Suicide Prevention Training

This training provides each attendee with knowledge of how to address situations when worried about potential for suicide, whether personally or professionally. Of note, this training will offer Foothill Faculty two hours of PGA/PAA, as well as being open to students. Pre-registration required as spots are limited.

Art with Impact

Movies for Mental Health is is a very powerful event hosted by an outside organization, which presents several short student-made videos about mental health issues, and offers the opportunity for discussion and questions. Pre-registration required.

Dr. Paul Marcille: Living Under Lockdown

Distinguished guest speaker Dr. Paul Marcille, PhD, will provide an engaging presentation about how to balance the use of technology during COVID times with time away from screens.  Opportunity for Q&A. 

Dr. Marcille is a Professor and Program Director, Palo Alto University.  He is both a former president of the Santa Clara County Psychological Association, and the President-elect of the California Psychological Association.
