  Step 3   Your Business Card / Name Tag Order  

Please enter the information exactly as you would like it to appear. Standard business cards are $35 for 250 with a 2-4 week turnaround (if you need more, please let us know in the additional comments section). Typically, business card orders are processed every 15th of the month and received 7-10 business days later.

  Step 3   Your Print Project  

We will design your project and give you a portable document format file (PDF). We will also coordinate printing with one of our vendors, but please note that our vendors typically deliver jobs 14 business days after the finalized artwork is submitted. Alternately, you can take the PDF to the print shop on campus or to Kinkos. Please read the guidelines for print projects prior to submitting your request.

Payment  
While we will coordinate printing with vendors, you will be responsible to submit payment directly to the vendor within 14 days of delivery. Late payments will incur late fees. Please check the box above to acknowledge.


  Step 3   Your Web Request  

These projects encompass edits to websites. If you have substantial updates to make to one or many sites, you can send the updates in an email message and/or attach a MS Word document to the email to the Web Teamwebteam@comms.foothill.edu. Just add a brief discription below.




  Step 3   Your Promotions Project  

These projects may encompass edits to calendar listings, news releases, classes/courses, digital ads, social media, and content creation. Please read the guidelines for promotion projects prior to submitting your request.




  Step 3   Your Photography Project  

Photography is available for Foothill College events. Please complete a work order a minimum of 2-weeks prior to your event as photography is subject to staff availability. Please meet with our photographer to discuss the event, expectations, and priorities. It's helpful to consider a shot list based on your event's program.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Foothill College reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and electronic images of students and visitors, age 18 and older, taken on college property and at college-sponsored events for marketing and promotional purposes. Objection to the use of an individual's photograph may be made in writing to the Marketing Office, Room 1949.



  Step 4   Our Policies & Turnaround

Initial Consultation
Projects may require a consultation (in-person or over the phone) prior to adding to our production calendar. One of our team members will contact you as needed.

Final Proof
While we make every effort to provide error-free work, you will be responsible to review the final proof for content accuracy/spelling/typos.

Turnaround Times
After we complete the initial consultation and various assets (special content, images, etc.) are collected, we will add the project to our production calendar. Typical turnaround times vary from 2-4 weeks depending on complexity, staff availability, and other department priorities. For printed projects: our vendors typically deliver jobs 14 business days after the finalized artwork is submitted.

Rush Policy
Rush projects (under 2 weeks) are not accepted via this work order system. Please contact Andrea Hanstein, Director of Marketing and Public Relations to discuss your concerns and staff availability.
