If you need help with your mathematics class, Foothill has quite a few places to get help, free of charge.

• The Math Center is located in room E-12. It is open daily and staffed by math teachers and graduate students from San Jose State. The Math Center is open Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• My office hours (see about me) are set aside to help students with homework or to re-explain a concept from class.
• The tutorial center (located on the side of the library) is open daily and is staffed with student tutors. Hours are posted in the tutorial center.
• Pass The Torch is a one-on-one student tutoring program. Leaders, who recently received an A in the course, are matched with students currently enrolled and teams usually meet 1 to 2 hours a week. If you are interested in this option, contact Jean Thomas in the Counseling Department.
