This rental application is for renting Smithwick Theatre, Lohman Theatre, Appreciation Hall, and Fine Arts classrooms, only. For all other locations, see the General Facility Rentals website.
Make sure to review the Rental Policies BEFORE completing this application.

All facilities and services must be specified in the application, which will be the basis for preparing the contract. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve facility and must be received within ten days after the application has been submitted.
Please note that the interactive procces for creating Rental Contract form has changed slightly! You (the client) will now be creating the actual contract document on your side, which is why it is important to print, sign, scan, and e-mail back! Thank you!
