true08/25/2026After a career-ending injury forced Michael to leave his work as an EMT, he turned to photography as a way to cope and find a new sense of purpose. What began as a hobby became a career path at Foothill College, where hands-on experience as a student photographer helped him build his portfolio, develop professional skills and discover a passion for storytelling. Today, Michael is using photography to document the people, places and moments that make up the Foothill community.
