The mission of Health & Psychological Services is to strengthen student learning, retention and success. This is facilitated by supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students through accessible, high-quality, health activities and services. Our primary goal is to assist students in establishing healthy lifestyles which will have long-term benefits for them, their families and the community.

Health Services offers Foothill Students FREE access to Student Health 101, an online magazine that promotes better health throughout college campuses. It's a monthly online magazine that covers topics such as:
  • Healthy Diet and Nutrition
  • Ways to Deal with Depression, Anxiety and Fatigue
  • How to Overcome Drug Abuse and Addictions
  • Self-Medicate for a Cold, the Flu and Contagious Diseases

The magazine also covers the latest events held by the Health Services Clinic, such as free, rapid HIV testing, Planned Parenthood services, Flu vaccine, and more.

(closed for lunch between 1 & 2 p.m.)
