Located in room 2506 our Wellness Center offers a variety of workout options, including
- Machines for both aerobic and strength development
- Matted area with balance balls and resistance equipment
- Flat screen televisions and magazines
Who Can Use the Center
Students who are currently enrolled in:
- PHED 45: Fitness for Life
- Members through Community Education (see below)
Would you prefer a membership over class commitment?
We now offer the option to purchase a membership!
Go to:
http://www.communityeducation.fhda.edu/
and select SHORT COURSES link then BROWSE classes. You will see Fitness Center Memberships (FH) link.
This will prompt first time users to create an account (first time only). Then you can
use your credit card to purchase your 90-day membership.

If you are a staff or faculty member, you must be a registered student to use the fitness center.
