Before you can connect or upload files to our UNIX server environment, you must obtain your username and password. We have a secure web server which will provide you with this information.

If you are enrolled in multiple CTIS classes, it is possible that you have multiple UNIX accounts (one for each class). When you communicate with this server, ensure that your write down the correct username and password for the appropriate class... remember, this information is case-sensitive!

Note - Student accounts are deleted at the end of each quarter. It is your responsibility to back up any files you store on our server. See the topic on backing up your files to learn more.
