*In Memory of Greg McIlhiney*

A beloved friend and mentor to countless people whose lives he touched, Greg McIlhiney will be missed beyond words. Greg’s passion for motivating people in technical education has made a significant difference in changing lives. Greg will be greatly missed by his colleagues at the Computers, Technology, and Information Systems division, as well as, the greater Foothill College family. A generous and giving educator, Greg inspired students to challenge, explore, test, and raise their creative abilities in interactive and multimedia technologies. Greg was dedicated to student success. He would offer to meet with students on weekends, outside of class, or anytime where he could help them achieve their learning goals. Greg’s vision and valued educational contributions can live in perpetuity by making a gift in his memory to the Greg McIlhiney Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship will support students wishing to pursue their interactive and multimedia technology skills keep pace with the new generation of students.
