The CTIS
Division of Foothill College subscribes to the
MSDN Academic Alliance
program under which students enrolled in any CTIS
class can acquire
selected Microsoft software. The table below represents a partial
listing of
software that is available. To see a complete and
up-to-date list of software, you will need to
register for online
access (instructions below).

Note - The last day to place an order is Monday, December 7.
The last day to pickup orders is Thursday, December 10, from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Methods to obtain software Online Access Students can register for online access to the Microsoft MSDN website. Access allows students to view and download available Microsoft titles. Any CTIS student may register for Microsoft website access. Please note that students wishing to download their own software will need access to a system that can handle large file downloads and has the ability to burn CDs. The MSDN site is owned and administered by Microsoft. CTIS is unable to provide technical support for this site. Students must use theirhome systems to download software. Use of Foothill College systems for software downloads is prohibited. There is no charge for this type of access.If your wish online access and/or the ability to download software directly:

Submit Student ID here requesting the software.
- Fill out this form requesting the software.
- You will receive an e-mail with a voucher when your CDs are ready (a few days).
- Take your voucher to Admissions & Records and pay for your order. Make sure to obtain a receipt.
- Bring receipt with you when you pick up your order in the
open lab of the Krause Center for Innovation (KCI) buiding.
CDs must be picked up between these hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm in the open lab of the Krause Center for Innovation (KCI). After order has been completed you have 1 week (4 business days), to pick up your order. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled.
- Be prepared to pay $5 for each CD and an additional $3 for each order (up to three applications per order) to cover mailing costs.
- Go to Paypal.com and send the correct amount of money to our account jv02178@fhda.edu - Please write down and save
- Fill out this form requesting the software.
- Your CDs will be mailed to you in a few days.
Upon signing up, your email (that is on file with Foothill), will be forwarded to Microsoft. Within a few business days you should receive an email from Microsoft with a username, password, and the web link from which you can download software. Students must sign up each quarter in order to gain access.
If your are going to pick up your software CDs in person:
